The first open age training session has now been organised an we are going to utilise the state of art facilities at the English Institute of Sport at Gateshead International Stadium. The first session will take place 7-8.30 on Wednesday 24th March. The second sesion will be a week later at the same venue then training... will continue at Benfield Sports College after that. Please spread the word so we get as many as possible down to the first session. Start as we mean to go on!
