Gateshead Thunder & North East Rugby League Yearbook 2009 Launches
Whatever the future holds for Gateshead Thunder, there’s no denying that 2009 was an eventful season! To commemorate Thunder’s tenth anniversary year, Thunder Storm is publishing ‘The Gateshead Thunder & North East Rugby League Yearbook 2009’.
Written by long-standing Thunder fan Mark Wightman, the Yearbook tracks events both on and off the field as it chronicles Thunder’s ups and downs from the post-2008 close season to October 2009. As well as full details of Gateshead Thunder’s season, the Yearbook covers the community game in the North East – from Carnegie Champion Schools to the Rugby League Conference. Includes full season stats, a directory to all North East rugby league clubs – even an end-of-year quiz.
Available in paperback, the book can be ordered online by credit or debit card at www.lulu.com/thunder_storm. To pay by cash or cheque, copies must be bought directly from Thunder Storm.
Books bought from www.lulu.com cost £7.99 plus £2.99 p&p.
